The finest pitch we can handle is approximately 0 5 mm and we strongly recommend that fine pitch stencils be cut from the 3 mil mylar. When laser cutting stencils i use a backer board and a dash of repositionable spray adhesive. I use 120um mylar films rotate the stencil by 45deg and run the laser in raster mode.
